GOLF OUTING NOTICE

June 6, 2012

SEVEN OAKS COUNTRY CLUB

Registration begins at 10:30am, the Putting Contest is at 12:00 Noon, followed by the shotgun start.
It will be played as a “Texas Scramble.”

There will be a special prize for “Closest to the Pin” on Hole 11. Sign up at registration. Cost is $5.00 per golfer.

After golf there will be a cash bar as you will be coming in and dinner will follow.

50/50 tickets will be sold, and the drawing will be after dinner.

The cost is $75.00 per person and includes Golf, Cart, Hot Dog & Drink at turn, and Dinner.
You are encouraged to attend and bring along a friend or co-worker.

Reservations are essential and must be made by Tuesday, May 29, 2012.
